Issues with Tempest

Seems that about Aug 16th my system has stopped tracking rain. Also appears to not be charging as battery is showing 2.34v. I have emailed and FB messaged support. No response. I power cycles the device and still see the same issue. I suspect I need a replacement unit. How long does it typically take to hear from support?
