Can anyone shed some light on why weatherflow does not allow or have a way of doing rapid fire for tempest app? On weather underground ,Acurite does rapid fire, why not for tempest? It takes a long time to see updates on tempest readings without rapid fire.

Did you ever get the WU /WF Tempest Rapid fire issue resolved?
Asking cause I just added my Tempest to WU, with Rapid Fire. Seems to work, showing updated usually within the last 15 seconds.
Using WeeWX software for reporting. Enabled Rapid Fire in the WeeWX WU config section of WeeWx.conf.
Station appears to be accessible without logging in, as it appears to have been accepted as “valid” by WU. Interesting because it was by previous understanding a new station on WU was in a ‘hold’ type of status for 24 hours while data was validated. Station ID is…

Then again, it could simply be that WU implicitly trust the WF Tempest cause it’s such a great system!!
