My app only displays AIR and not both Air and SKY, however I get complete data on my computer. Whats the solution?

How are you getting the data on your computer?

Log out of the application and then sign back in.
I have done that with no change.
Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and explain. the issue. Both devices show for me so there may be a configuration issue at the server.

You have a strange issue. Support will find the solution. Let us know what the resolution is.
Try uninstalling and reinstalling the app.
