An alert or event sent to the station owner when a sensor shows a failure of X consecutive times would be most welcome. This would alert us to look at the physical hardware and review the station data through the phone and web applications.
One could decide if this is a battery issue or time to contact support.
Isn’t there an e-Mail alert system already implemented ?
At least for hubs going offline, I think I received those mails…
By failure, are you referring to loss of communication with an Air/Sky…or the device reporting an individual sensor error in its status messages???
I am referring to sensor status.
We have added the request to our internal product backlog for consideration in a future release.
