Hi David, Mine is an iPad Mini 1 with IOS 9.3.5 which they no longer update. This option isn’t available.
Style sheets have opened a whole new world.

hi i use a ipad mini for display on ios 9.3.5 it is available via
settings>general > scroll down just under background app refresh is autolock and set to never … to save screen burn in also set display to a low brightness
