Wind direction animation

just a tiny, mostly irrelevant observation, but in the panel that displays the wind direction, the arrow nicely animates, but when it goes from say 340 degrees to 20 degrees, it goes over the south. It would look better when it goes over the north, taking the shortest route.

that behaviour might be dependent on the library used
but a work around might be that make it a 2 step process (to ‘force’ it to go in the direction desired via an intermediate direction step)

I would also like to see this change. My predominant wind direction is NNW. The animated pointer is unable to cross over the 0/359-degree line. Therefore, it performs a full sweep in the opposite direction which is very distracting and less “User Friendly”, as I see this occurrence frequently :frowning:
