At least for Germany, all tracking sites mentioned here and I know stop providing info as soon as the WF parcels (USPS) hit the ground (most times in Frankfurt Airport). 
Does anybody has different experiences ?

for France the parcel arrives at Charles De Gaules Paris, until it passes customs, it is pretty fast to update but then it is handed over to the french postal services that do recognise the AWB. Their system updates very slowly and often the parcel arrived by the time they give an update … 
Good thing, I never paid any fee extra

In The Netherlands I got a message from Dutch Post that the parcel past custums at the Dutch Airport Schiphol it was delivered at my door 12 hours later and als no fees
