After an internet outage, my iPhone app shows the unit is offline. If I look at the unit on the web, it says that it is online. The light on the hub is green. I tried rebooting the phone and uninstalled/reinstalled the app but to no avail. It is reporting current data (except rain, which isn’t working right) but when I scroll down to more current conditions, it displays offline status. Any insight would be appreciated.
Your hub is online and talking to the server but your Tempest is fully discharged and offline since 10 days now. What you see is the forecast data.
Had a look at the past data and it is clearly not charging at all, HW problem.
Please do open a support ticket and they’ll handle it and most probably send you a new unit
