Tempest App Data inconsistencies

Not sure where to post this one…!!
My Tempest Phone App & the online one (Tempest) are showing No Rain.

I run WeeWx - which listens to the UDP packets …so gets the same data - WeeWx says 2.3mm of rain, and the old Manual rain gauge agrees.
The AWS 1000 M away shows 1.2 + 0.2 making 1.4mm for the same period.
(Unfortunately the Tempest will not read 9AM reset rainfall)

So YES we had rain, The Tempest data in WeeWx agrees with the manual gauge.
But the Tempest App & online page shows no rain…!!

I am at a loss to understand this one.
