Support Takes Long?

I had a Tempest stop working this week after it continuing to lose connection to hub frequently over the past few weeks. Battery showed good prior to last connection loss. A simple off and on of the sensor switch seemed to take care of things. After last connection loss sensor is dead. LED does not light up at all. Support not responding to email. Is support always slow?

Give them some time. I put in a support ticket toward the end of last week and heard from them today. They are quite busy with all the new Tempest owners out there.

There is currently a large backlog of tickets and a shortage of personnel in support.
