What is the station ID or the link to the station? I do know that sometimes the map takes a little time to populate. What do you get when you zoom in on that area?
Your hub is online but your Tempest isn’t linked to the hub. You did part one but still need to pair the Tempest to the hub via te app
settings → station → manage device and use the little + top bar and follow instructions.
Once you have the Tempest paired it will show on the map.
