Sky reports: Wind Failed, Light UV Failed (device replaced)

My Sky stopped reporting wind and other data a few days ago. It is SK-00010679.

I tried rebooting by removing the batteries but get the same results. The device continues to report its voltage so it seems there is a problem with the sensors.

What should I do to troubleshoot?

I just had the same thing happen. Getting a new sensor, great customer support! I’m wondering though, why does this happen? Mine only operated for 56 days, I’m a little disappointed. How often do you see things like this happening? Thanks @dsj !

The SKY and AIR failure rate is a bit higher than we’d like, but not unexpected given the complexity of this new product. Lessons learned are being fed back into the manufacturing process and each new production batch will be better than the last in terms of QC.
