Hello, I received a notification today that my Sky sensor went offline. How can I see why?
I was thinking on putting the Sky 10 feet on top of my roof but if I will need to periodically power cycle the Sky sensor, which is what the troubleshooting guide told me to do next, that may not be ideal (roof has a 35 degree pitch).
I power cycled the hub but the Sky sensor didn’t connect immediately. I was getting ready to go outside after my call to power cycle the Sky sensor but it came back online maybe an hour later on its own (I only power cycle the hub).
