Reset? Help Please

Went offline 3-4 days ago. Took it down and turned it off/on and reconnected to hub/wi-fi but no data is coming through. How do I reset this or is it somehow toast already? Sensor shows everything failing. :sob: thanks!

mmm what to say, all sensors show failed even after a remote reboot. Voltage is little low but that doesn’t explain it at all.

Time to open a support ticket. Sorry it happens, customer support will send you a new one once confirmed.
