Hi! I’m a fairly new tempest owner and it seems to be very accurate thus far. But we have had some pretty aggressive weather the last couple of days with snow, rain and wind. We often have sideways rain, and when it snows it sometimes fly upwards. I’m scared that rain or snow will fly or splash into the temperature/moisture sensor array underneath the radiation shield. Is that part waterproof or should I be worried?
Nothing to worry about. It is designed to handle the moisture.
