On the “forecast” page is shows for the 14th is shows a 10% chance for the day with 5% being the greatest change at any particular time…
Ok, I can understand that, but on the actual tempest reading page with the forecasts it shows a 19% chance for the 14th… can anyone explain that one to me? Why the discrepancy?

When changing between the main page and grid page on my Tempest, I have noticed a significant difference in the forecasts - most significantly with precipitation %.
Today, for instance the main page shows a 30% chance of rain - and the grid page shows an 84% chance.

the forecast on frontpage is one made by Weatherflow based on some model plus your data (it isn’t perfect but it is learning and slowly optimising)
The second one (what we had from the beginning) is based on Weather Underground
