Hello, I don’t suppose there could be a feature plug-in device added to melt snow and ice when needed. Looks like this feature was added to another soon to be released product very similar to tempest, only thought went into the backup battery and plug-in electric cord to combat those problems. It may be too late to revamp tempest however.
I second this. This is amazing station . But it just doesn’t cope well in the winter in Northern Canada. We will get temps in the -20s regularly here and even -30s and it always has trouble with the wind at those temps.
