Is there a reason why the instantaneous rain rate shown from the Tempest map overview while clicking a station is not available inside the app or even from a station’s home page? I’m talking about this value in the attached image. We get the descriptors like “Extreme, heavy, etc” but those are largely meaningless.
Good question. It is available if you select the Rain Rate graph and select a data point on the graph. It would be nice, however, if it was displayed on the rain card at least.
