Looks like my internet is back up now. I tried re-doing the setup with another account and it is saying hub not found when I enter the serial number…
When I set up my new production Tempest on the 19th of June. . .I had to go thru (as shown in the image above) the procedure 4 times before it finally grabbed a hold of my Hub.
