Enable "Go To Date" and freeze the centerpoint of graph when time scale is changed

Currently when you scroll back in time on a graph and then change the zoom, it resets the graph so that it displays “now” - the current day and time. This is a huge pain if you’re trying to look back at data from weeks ago and want to zoom in on the data from that day.

Please hold the centerpoint of the graph constant when rescaling time. If that is too challenging for the developers, please allow the user to select a time point on the graph and use that line as the center point when adjusting the time scale. The selected timepoint would remain in the center of the graph when time scale is increased or decreased.

Also, allow the user to enter a date/time combination to “Go To” the graph at that date/time, rather than having to manually scroll back to view a date that you are interested in.
