Do not delete Sky/Air or Tempest from your hub if something doesn't work!

We see often people trying to find a solution to a malfunction or bug. No problem you try but please do not deleted your devices from the hub for 2 reasons

  • you delete all past data that often can help others to see what is going wrong (here on forum but also customer support via ticketing). If there is nothing in history … nothing to try to understand making it very hard to diagnose and help you. So again DO NOT DELETE YOUR DEVICE’S from the hub. It makes it way harder to help you.
  • in some cases you will find it hard to relink them
