This is a display option in the Tempest (iOS) app. What does it do? I can’t see any changes in the app display when I turn it on, and I can’t find any information about it in the Weatherflow help pages.
just guessing here, but I assume it prevents the screensaver from going dark

That seems reasonable. I’m using an old iPad as a permanent Tempest display, but in the iPad settings I’ve told it never to lock the screen. I guess that makes the app setting redundant.
I think ‘sunny’ is correct. I clicked it on my Droid phone and notices the screen did not go dark until I closed the app. Thanks sunny!!!
