3 Hour Interval Graph Stopped Reporting

I use the average daily dew point in my weather calculations. WeatherFlow does not calculate this value directly, so I have to use the data from the temperature/dew point graphs. I use the 3 hour intervals, so I only have to average 8 numbers. The 3 hour intervals for all parameters stopped reporting at 6pm Central time yesterday.

I still see it in the Android app. What are you using to read the values?

Ipad Pro 2 , Iphone X and website. All 3 show it stopped at 6 pm central.

Gary can you please share your station ID so we can have look ??

My id is 7597. Thanks

Ok I guess this is the zoom level you mean

I have same now I look at it closely.

@WFstaff : I think this is server side, some bucket isn’t working anymore, can someone go kick it back to live please ???

Best guess it’ll fill up again once the script reruns, could take a few hours though.

Thanks for bringing it to attention

Just checking the same daily zoom level for all of my stations, same issue and it looks stuck for all sensors, not just Temp.

Yep. It is doing the same on my end so likely a back end issue.

Now the half hour interval zoom has stopped as of noon central time.

This isn’t a bug. It appears to be a server issue.

It appears to have been fixed. Thanks.

It happens from time-to-time. It’s Internet. It breaks on an hourly basis.
